The Vinyl Factory Exhibition

The Vinyl Factory has launched its temporary "concept store" in the Front Room of the St Martins Lane Hotel, and represents The Vinyl Factory's first foray into displaying and selling its art and music limited editions in a physical space.

"For the three months it is open, the space will become an homage to records and the relationship between music and art, celebrating the unique, the tangible and the rare in an age of rapid digital consumption."

The store will also stock our very own Play & Display frames so music fans are able to celebrate the synergy between graphic art and music.

Best Art Vinyl 2010 Exhibition GERMANY

Following on from the success of the annual Best Art Vinyl Awards, we are delighted to announce that the best 50 album covers will be on exhibition in Germany. The winners of the 2010 Best Art Vinyl Awards were the Klaxons with their album 'Surfing the Void', in second place were Caribou with 'Swim' and in third place the German dance label Cadenza. The 2010 Best Art Vinyl Awards showed a diverse mix of art and design.

Peter Blake: I Love London

Venue: A&D Gallery, 51 Chiltern Street, London W1U 6LY

Art Vinyl are proud to sponsor this exhibition of Peter Blake's work, featuring the launch of 'I Love London' - his largest ever print on tin. This is a limited edition work of just 75 and offers the public the chance to own one of the hand signed and numbered pieces, as well as the chance to view some of Blake's most exciting works.

Though you might know Blake by his iconic Sgt. Pepper sleeve, the exhibition also features his work for some of the biggest names in music today, including Live Aid, Oasis and Paul Weller, all displayed using our very own Play & Display Flip Frames.

Home Grown: The Story of UK Hip Hop

The first major exhibition to chronicle the development of the UK Hip Hop scene.

Art Vinyl has been a key partner in this free exhibition and all the amazing sleeve art is of course on show using our very own Play & Display Flip Frames. Frames and a selection of memorabilia are available to buy from the Urbis gallery shop.

This exhibition comes highly recommended, a beautiful mix of art, music and culture that the UK should be proud of.

A major exhibition exploring the leading pop music personalities who helped create 'Swinging London' in the 1960's. A range of photographs, memorabilia and of course record cover art from the period.
